A select number of people on the internet are trying to get us all to Say No To Grandpa Joe. Just hear them out.

Grandpa Joe remains evil. There are only a few pieces of new evidence in the latest movie, there are some elements there as well as a number of elements repeated from earlier movies.

Comment. What do you think of the more recent adaption of Charlie The Chocolate Factory s Grandpa Joe?

Enlightening

As long as it's called Ratbag Road, I agree with you.

I agree with Mark I think a man like old joe should have a street named after him. Should we listen to these statements, no siree we shouldn't.

Is it me or does Grandpa Joe seem like a nice man who cares about Charlie and not the man you claim him to be? Marmalade

I always knew something wasn't right about the story, but I could never place my finger on it. This can't be a simple story about a boy living his dream. It's a story! There must be a bad guy, but who?
For ages, I've been analyzing the story and movie thoroughly, desperate to pinpoint the antagonist, the wickedness behind the rainbows and chocolate rivers.
And at last, I have found it. Grandpa Joe. I always had my suspicions, but I always denied them. How could he? He's old and supportive.
But is he? No. The truth is he's not. He never was. He's selfish and only cares for the benefits of himself.
Now I can go to bed in peace, knowing that the evil motives of the plot have been revealed, exploited, and criticized. Thank you for this website. Thank you for spreading the word of the darkness in this childhood classic.
